Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the software "BaseOneAI" ("Software") provided by TAKER Inc. ("Company"). By downloading or using the Software, you agree to these Terms.

Article 1 (Definitions)

Article 2 (License)

The Company grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for personal or commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Article 3 (Account)

When using Easy Mode, a User ID is automatically generated (UUID format). No personal information registration is required.

Article 4 (Pricing)

Article 5 (Prohibited Actions)

Users shall not engage in the following:

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." THE COMPANY MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE QUALITY, PERFORMANCE, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF THE SOFTWARE.

The Company shall not be liable for:

Article 7 (AI-Generated Content)

The Software includes features powered by AI (Artificial Intelligence).

Article 8 (API Key Management)

Article 9 (Security & Network Access)

Article 8 (Intellectual Property)

All intellectual property rights related to the Software belong to the Company or its rightful owners. Rights to content created by Users using the Software belong to the Users.

Article 11 (Support)

The Company is not obligated to provide support for the Software. Support is provided at the Company's discretion.

Article 12 (Service Changes)

The Company may change pricing or features with prior notice on this page.

Article 13 (Changes to Terms)

The Company may modify these Terms without prior notice. Updated Terms take effect upon publication on this page.

Article 14 (Limitation of Liability)

Even if the Company is held liable, the maximum amount of damages shall be limited to the amount paid by the User for the Software. For free users, the liability cap is $0.

Article 15 (Governing Law & Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by Japanese law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Fukuoka District Court as the court of first instance.

Article 16 (Severability)

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
